In 2017, the Italian-Danish design duo GamFratesi designed Yuh for Louis Poulsen. Initially available in monochrome black and white versions, the family was later expanded to include brass floor and marble-based editions.
This flexible lamp's compact size makes it suitable for any space. Its lighting can be adapted to create the desired atmosphere thanks to its freedom of movement: it can be rotated, raised, or lowered. The shape of the shade is geometrically determined by the movement of its stem. Its minimalist appearance is achieved by the circular shape of its lower part, which becomes linear when it reaches the opening at the top of the shade.
Yuh is the phonetic transcription of “you” with these letters representing the sound produced by the voice when pronouncing the term.
