1. COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION
The company Haus of Woreva SL with registered office at Angel Guimerà, 235, 08223 Terrassa, Barcelona, and identified with the number B67333039 organizes the draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of national scope, to be carried out via the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain in accordance with the provisions set forth in the participation requirements section.
The purpose of this raffle is to reward the loyalty of the brand's followers.
2. START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will begin on June 10, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. and end on June 30, at 11:59 p.m.
The Company reserves the right not to proceed with the promotional action if by the start date shown there has not been a participation greater than X. Likewise, the Company may extend the end of the promotional action for 4 more weeks, with the new end date being July 28th if a number greater than 300 participation is registered.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements will be as follows:

Those who reside in Spain and are over 18 years of age are eligible to participate.

Only those Participants who have an Instagram account will be eligible to participate.

Participants must comment on the brand's publication on the social network Instagram, tagging 2 friends during the participation period.

Participants may only participate with one Instagram profile. Participants who are found to be participating with multiple Instagram profiles will be disqualified.

Multiple comments with different mentions count as additional entries) will only participate with a single entry in the random drawing.

The app will accumulate mentions and hashtags from the same Participant even if they are in different comments.
4. PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES
The winner will be randomly selected through the Easypromos platform. The winner will be notified before July 10th via the brand's social media profiles, along with the sweepstakes certificate.
The prize will consist of a Louis Poulsen Panthella 160 Portable Lamp in Beige, reference 5744171478 (valued at €200.00). The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be exchanged or altered. The Company reserves the right to modify the prize if, on the day the participant is declared the winner, there are stock issues , making it impossible to award the prize.
The winner will be contacted by the Company within one day of the sweepstakes closing date via direct Instagram message. If no response is received within 48 hours and/or the information necessary to award the prize is not provided, a new drawing will be held with the remaining contest participants.
The costs of shipping the prize will be borne by the Company within Spanish territory, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
The drawing and the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations.
5. DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is found that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements set forth in the Rules, or the data provided to participate is invalid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.
The Company reserves the right to declare the draw void.
6. PUBLISHING COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, libelous, or discriminatory, or that could violate the rights of third parties, will not be permitted. Comments against individuals that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one's own image will not be permitted. We will not be liable for any damages caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion that may at any time offend the sensibilities of other Participants.
Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of comments made by Participants on the posts, may not under any circumstances violate the Instagram Community Rules or the Instagram Terms of Use.
If the Company is found to have used fraudulent means for participation, such as the use of bots in the comments, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Company.
7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for any possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use that the Participant makes of the prize obtained from this Promotion.
We do not assume liability in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that may prevent the Promotion from taking place or the full or partial enjoyment of the prize.
In the event that this Promotion cannot be held, whether due to fraud detected during the promotion, technical errors, or any other reason beyond the Company's control that affects the normal conduct of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion, including the participation website.
8. FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM (in case of promotions on Facebook/Instagram)
The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Instagram, and participants therefore release Facebook from any liability for any damages arising from the promotion.
9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, by accepting these Legal Bases, each participant consents to their personal data being incorporated into a file owned by this company for the purpose of managing the draw, disseminating and publicizing its results, and processing the prize.
We inform you that you may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Opposition, Limitation of processing, Portability, being forgotten and no longer being subject to automated individual decisions by sending an email to info@midimal.es or by letter addressed to the following address: Angel Guimerà, 235, 08223 Terrassa, Barcelona, attaching in both cases a copy of an identification document.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the Participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, particularly in the Member State in which he or she has his or her habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, if he or she considers that the processing of his or her personal data is not in compliance with the regulations, as well as if he or she is not satisfied with the exercise of his or her rights.
Therefore, the Participant declares that he or she has been informed of the conditions regarding personal data protection and accepts and consents to the processing.
10. CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional rules, provided that this does not harm or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion.
By simply participating in the sweepstakes, the Participant fully accepts the terms and conditions of these Legal Terms. Furthermore, participation in a sweepstakes of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which the sweepstakes is conducted.
11. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These legal terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the Participant's city of residence shall have jurisdiction to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise regarding the validity, interpretation, or enforcement of these terms and conditions.
