CHANGES
If you notice an error in your order on our part, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, via our email hola@midimal.es or using our contact form .After this period, no claims will be accepted. We will remove the incorrect product, and you will receive the requested merchandise at no additional cost.
To accept a return or exchange, both the product and its packaging must be in their original condition, and all product containers (security seals, boxes, etc.) must be unopened; otherwise, they will be invoiced.

INCIDENTS
If the reason for the return is damage, you must contact us using this form within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this period, claims will not be accepted. The user will then be informed about how to proceed. In these cases, the user must keep the product's original packaging at all times.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You may exercise your right of withdrawal and return all or part of your purchase within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order by you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you. To do so, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending us this duly completed withdrawal form . Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

According to Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal cannot be applied to personalized products.
Returns are not accepted on personalized products, i.e., any products made according to the customer's specifications. Products considered personalized are those that require prior selection of one of the various available finish options in order to complete the purchase process. Likewise, all upholstered products are not eligible for returns.
